Accommodation
Yes. A House & Spa is a private unit — the whole house, terrace and jacuzzi are exclusively yours during your stay, with no shared space with other guests.
Your stay includes WiFi, a Smart TV with Eon, YouTube and Disney+ access, air conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, a complete outdoor cooking set (grill, traditional talandara, kotlić and sač), plus bathroom essentials — bathrobes, towels, shampoo and shower gel, and a hair dryer.
We host up to 4 guests for an overnight stay, with no limit on the number of nights. For celebrations and gatherings, capacity goes up to 10 — see the Offers page for details.
We're happy to host families. Since specific equipment for younger guests (an extra bed, etc.) depends on their age and number, let us know the details in your inquiry so we can prepare for your arrival.
Smoking is allowed. Pets are welcome, but only in the yard — for hygiene reasons, they don't stay inside the house.
Pricing & Booking
€70 per night for up to 4 guests, with no minimum-stay requirement.
Breakfast isn't automatically included — you choose it yourself when booking, priced at €5 per guest.
For groups of 5 to 10 guests (birthdays, bachelorette parties, team building and similar gatherings), the rate is €100 per night, and we tailor the space and program to your plans.
Fill out the booking form on the Contact page with your dates and guest count, or reach us directly by phone, email or Instagram. We'll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm availability.
We agree on the exact arrival/departure times, payment method and cancellation terms directly when you book — everything is confirmed before your stay is finalized. You're also welcome to note your preferred arrival or departure time and any special requests in the message field when booking.
Spa & Wellness
Yes. The water heats up to 40°C, and the jacuzzi — with 120 air jets and 8 hydro-massage jets — is available all year round, day and night, summer and winter.
Yes, it's on the house terrace and exclusively yours during your stay — never shared with other guests.
Yes, with advance notice a masseuse comes directly to the property, on the terrace or in your room. Full body, back, relax, therapeutic, sports and other massages are available on request.
We arrange the time and price by phone based on the type and length of treatment you choose — call or message us to book for your stay.

Yes, you can order food directly to the address during your stay — get in touch for current options nearby.
The mini bar offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and the welcome platter a selection of local products, prosciutto and cheeses — waiting for you on arrival.
An espresso machine with 6 coffee types is available, along with a selection of 6 teas.

Yes, free private parking is available right on the property.
The location is rural, in the foothills of Šumadija — we recommend arriving by car. We're happy to send full directions ahead of your arrival.
Nearby you can go cycling and ATV riding, explore off-road trails, hike marked and unmarked trails, visit nearby monasteries, and go sledding in winter.
We're just outside Kragujevac, in the heart of Šumadija — close enough for a short getaway, yet quiet enough for a real escape from the city. Reach out and we'll estimate the drive time from your direction.
