A House & Spa wasn't built by chance. It was born from a wish to create something different in this part of Šumadija — a place that draws people to pause, breathe and discover beauty that often gets overlooked. This is our family's land. Land with a story, with roots and memories. That's why every detail of this space carries a personal touch and a deep sense of pride. From the very start, the idea wasn't just to build accommodation, but to create an experience that connects nature, tradition and modern luxury. We wanted guests who come here to feel the authenticity of this region — the peace, the quiet and the space — but also the comfort they'd expect from a carefully crafted premium stay.

We built A House & Spa together with a clear intention: to combine the warmth of local heritage with modern standards, and to meet the needs of guests looking for more than an ordinary getaway. This is only the beginning. Our plans go far beyond what you see today. Step by step, we want this place to grow, to develop and to leave its mark. Our wish is for Donja Sabanta to become known precisely for this property — a place people come to for nature, but remember for the feeling that stays with them long after they leave.
